 Fabrication Process

The images below show the old-world jewelry-making technique called "fabrication" I trained in and have continued to explore and build on.

Fabrication means to cold work, roll-out, bend, saw, hammer, forge, solder sheet and wire. In essence, to handcraft jewelry from scratch. Nothing is made from molds or carved by a CAD machine.

This process allows for a unique crisp and cleanly finished piece, no two are exactly alike.

A few snapshots from the bench... Fabricating a "Whisker" style pendant.
